Customers praised these running sleeves for excellent sun protection and cooling effect, noting "the material feels nice" and they "stay on" well. Many appreciated the lightweight, breathable fabric and reflective strips for visibility. However, sizing issues were frequently mentioned - several found them "too tight" at the upper arm, especially for non-petite builds, with limited sizing info provided.
I can attest to the ‘cooling’ factor of these sleeves- At first I thought I would take these into work to wear with my short sleeves, because the air conditioning is so cold. But they actually made my arms feel colder! lol So I wore them while doing yard work to keep from sunburning, and they were perfect! I’m an average size 14 woman, and they fit just right with light stretch. Love them!

reflective athletic sleeves
4.5 stars. Good all-around compression sleeves. Fit as expected. Good quality and should be durable. The white sleeves have a sheer look that will have some skin color showing through.Reflective strips help with nighttime visibility. Has a pleasant cooling effect, which helps during those runs, hikes, or any other strenuous activity.Fairly priced at $20.

Excellent for the long hot road
These are very tight and snug fitting, but do an excellent job on the road. I just did a 150 mile trip in 94° heat and they didn’t slide, move, or ride up. They also offered good some protection so I didn’t burn on the entire trip. They are well-made and there are no seams for the length of them… Just that the ends where they are cuffed. I’ll definitely be taking these to Sturgis this year.

Uncomfortable elastic & tight
These are cute and cooling with a helpful reflective stripe down the side for visibility while running at nigh/dusk, but I deducted stars because the elastic to hold them up is intense and cuts into my arm and they are semi transparent (so the sun protection is extremely minimal). It only said unisex with no size chart, so I thought I'd be ok with the S/M, but its actually only 8.5 inches in diameter! My 10.5 inch bicep was squeezed uncomfortably and then nearly cut by the elastic, which is almost similar to the non-slip uncomfortable elastic in a strapless bra. My 7 year old, who LOVES compression and running sleeves (and actually fits in these) disliked them because of the elastic.

Almost perfect, but way too tight on the upper arm!
If it weren’t so tight around the upper arm, this would be the perfect sleeve! The material is great, super lightweight and breathable, and still manages to protect really well from the sun.The problem is, unless you have very slim arms, you’re probably going to feel it squeezing too much. My arms are pretty average, not particularly big or small, and I still found it uncomfortable. The seams on the sides are also a bit thick, and because it’s so snug, they start to irritate the skin after a while. It’s a shame, because the concept and overall quality are great. If it had a more comfortable fit at the top, this would definitely be an amazing product for running and outdoor activities. But as it is, it’s hard to wear for long periods without discomfort.

comfortable
The size and fit are perfect, and it's comfortable with sun protection and a cooling sensation. It's from a well-known running brand, especially famous for their running belts. Highly recommended!

Good Quality Sleeves, Size runs Smaller than Expected
I requested these for my wife because she was concerned about UV exposure during our long daily walks. The fabric is fairly comfortable, and very breathable, keeping it from overheating during use, unlike other sleeves we've tried previously. They stay on well, and are of decent quality, providing good sun protection and feeling cool and smooth to the touch. Unfortunately, the tops of the sleeves are a bit tight. I wish measurements had been provided in the listing, as this would have been useful to know ahead of time.

Choose Small size for bicep 9-11 inch, Large otherwise
My bicep is 12" and the small one can fit but it's really tight and hard to pull up. I recommend Large size for any bicep greater than 11", regadless of what the size chart says (see picture attached.) I'm using these sleeves for cycling in the sun, to protect my arms from sunburn. They're great for that purpose. The material is quick dry and very breathable, which is great for sweats. The top has grippy rubber coating to prevent it from slipping down.

Light material and does keep your arms cool.
It's very light and it is cooling. The material is see-through/sheer. I'm not a arunner. Got this for when working in my yard. With it being so hot now, thought it might be useful to keep my arms cool and protected from sun and mosquitoes. So far, does keep my arms a little cooler, but I didn't exactly do a strenuous workout so keep that in mind. Sizing is fairly accurate overall, but a bit tight on the top which makes it uncomfortable after a while. It stays in place so if I was to size up it might not stay in place. Probably cut off the label because that made it super itchy.

Helps with Heat and Vein Support – Adding Med/Lrg Measurements
I'm deducting one star because the listing lacks measurements—I would’ve appreciated having that info when purchasing.Measurements (Medium/Large):-Length (flat, unstretched): 17"-Upper arm elastic cuff:--Flat: ~8"--Stretched: ~24" (approx. 1" of elastic stretches to 3")-The main body fabric has gentle stretch—more than the cuff.Fit & Feel:Wore these in 95º heat with humidity, along with a black moisture-wicking shirt, shorts, and knee-high running socks. It felt like I wasn’t wearing anything on my arms, but they were noticeably cooler than my shirt and exposed skin. Not "cold," but definitely less hot. The compression also felt nice. I honestly forgot they were marketed as "cooling" until I sat down to write this—I got them because they’re white and I wanted to cover bug bites. You could probably add water for extra cooling. After hanging them to dry for three hours, they were still damp and cool.Compression Benefit:I have varicose veins in my lower legs that worsen in temps over 90º. While that’s mostly a leg issue, I noticed while wearing these that they also helped my forearm veins in the heat—my hands didn’t feel heavy.Durability:-The ultralight feel likely means hand-wash and hang-dry only.-Skeptical that the reflective stripes will hold up over time—wouldn’t recommend buying them for that feature alone.

Light, stretchy, looks like it'll do the job well
Looks and feels nice, fabric is very stretchy, but the top hem isn't as stretchy, so that might be the limiting factor for the size that'll fit you. Time will tell how they hold up. Would've been nice to see the sizing chart before ordering, but I'll attach it. Got the small/medium in white; UPF 23, and pretty thin, almost see-through, so hopefully will be cool to wear.

Good athletic sleeves
Not sure exactly what I was expecting, but these are a pleasant surprise. They look very sporty. Although they are thin, the fabric seems good quality. It had nice stretch to it and a bit of compression. Almost like leggings for your arms. They fit comfortably and stay on. I ordered them to cover up from the sun during walks in hit summer days and they do that. But they are actually versatile and can be using to layer or add a sleeve in other outfits too. They don't block blood flow and deliver sun protection as promised, overall good value.
Sizing Alert
This style runs a full size small across the board. Whatever size you'd normally wear in FlipBelt, size up one (e.g. Medium → Large) to get your usual fit.
