The Fine Print
Returns for a refund may be initiated within 30 days of your FlipBelt.com order shipping.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Water bottles must be unused, in original packaging, with all components included.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days once approved.
