I found flipbelt looking strictly for the belt. It was pretty good so I tried some more of their products. These shorts are by far the best running shorts I’ve ever owned. I also own many many other of their products and everything is top notch. This company sells very well built products that make running a thousand times more comfortable. You get what you pay for and I’ll continue to be a returning customer.
These are short that cost substantially less than some other brands comparable offerings. To say Flip Belt exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Zero bounce, zero chaffing, and zero complaints from me. I ran two of my fastest marathons in the last 15 years only a couple weeks apart and the shorts delivered on all fronts. I went with these over the "elite" shorts for the extra pocket up front. Room to stash gels, trash, gloves, hat, and a bottle, if you want, and it all stays put. Supportive enough to go without a brief. Breathable enough to not over heat if temperatures rise. Plenty of color options other than just black is a nice bonus. I've been running competitively since 1992 and I rarely feel inspired to write a review, that is how much I like this short.
Love these running thighs. Didn't fall down during 8 miles run. The waist is tight and high waisted. Silky smooth super light weight. My new go to running tights
Silky smooth, like the padding on the back for poles. Feel tight espically around the waist but I underhand why they need to be. No chafing legs didn't ride up.
The fit is fantastic. Fabric feels great. The leggings moves with you . Lots of storage room that perfectly stays in place. I like to wear tge belt part rather lower sitting on my hits rather than tge waist. Absolutely perfect either way. Can only recommend. And as,a side note, customer service is great too.
Really wanted to love these but could barely get them on. I have slim legs, am normally XXS/XS. Once I struggled to get them over my hips, squeeze was so intense that I had to take them off immediately. Luckily, FlipBelt has a really easy exchange process so I’m swapping for a small and hoping the waist will fit without the legs being too loose. Build quality and fabric thickness are great and should work well in the cold. Please stop basing your sizes on Barbie body proportions; adult women do not have 23” waists!!!

I absolutely love these shorts!!! Perfect for runs when you don’t want to wear a belt or vest. Just waiting for the blue to be restocked in my size!!!
非常好穿,口袋也設計的很棒,全馬放能量膠8條完全沒問題
I really love these capris! The compression is great, the built in flipbelt is awesome, and they don’t slide. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I already ordered a second pair. They do seem to run on the smaller side. I ordered mediums and they are perfect. (5’2, 135 ish lbs).
I own 4 pairs of FlipBelt running shorts and I've been quite pleased with them. I therefore asked my wife to buy me a pair of these thermal pants for cold weather running as a Christmas gift. I was very disappointed to find that they didn't fit AT ALL like the shorts. The crotch hung 5 inches low, bunching the fabric between my thighs. To get the crotch up to the right height, the waistband had to be pulled up to my rib cage.
Sadly, I had removed the tags with the assumption that they would fit like the shorts, and now FlipBelt will not accept a return or exchange. I definitely should have tested them first, because I'm now stuck with a very expensive shop rag.
I would say the material is super nice and they are definitely warm, but I do have a second that the crotch is way too low and needs to be higher but the pockets and stuff are great. Or possibly an internal liner that would give support because I’ve had issues with chasing, but I’ve never had in any of my years of running due to the low crotch.
Follow the size guide!! I read these reviews and sized up. I'm normally a Small in most brands, but the medium is huge. I am definitely a Small or even XS here. But sadly, those are sold out in the pattern I want. Which sucks because the fabric is so light and airy. This would be a perfect race day singlet.
Everything about these shorts (the fabric, storage) is five stars! On me, and I tried the XS (my usual size) & the SM, they’re just immodestly short in the back & sides. I’m not comfortable wearing them to coach or on group runs with friends. I’ll take them for solo spins in remote places.
I’m a huge fan of FlipBelt products—the quality, durability, practicality, and price consistently outperform other brands. That’s why I decided to try the Tahoe Hydration Vest (I got the white/black). For training runs or shorter runs in general, this vest works great since you’re not carrying much.
However, for ultra‑distance races, I don’t think this vest is the best option. I was really excited to use it for my 50‑miler on December 6, 2025. I had used it once on a training run and everything seemed fine. But during the race, I struggled to keep all my gels in the front pockets adjacent to the bottle sleeves. The rear pouch also wasn’t very helpful since couldn’t reach anything without stopping, taking the vest off, and digging through the back pocket, which was very inconvenient.
The three‑strap mechanics wasn’t ideal for me either. It wasn’t easy to lock or unlock, especially while still moving.
Don’t get me wrong, this vest is great in many ways. The fit and stability were solid. My main issue was the practicality/functionality. The front pockets were hard to access because there wasn’t enough room between the bottles and the pouches, and the material wasn’t very stretchy. I also couldn’t fit as many gels as I needed or easily access items in the back.
I’m not returning my vest because it’s a good option for shorter distances (and the colors are beautiful!). But I would love to see a new version or model with improvements that better support the needs of ultra runners.
I wore this long sleeve on my 50 miler! The race started at 6:30 am, high 30s and this shirt kept me warm during the time I had it on. No need for an additional layer, on this long sleeve. No chafing, and super comfortable! For warmer mornings/days, I don't recommend this long sleeve, as you can get hot pretty easy. But again, for winter/cold races/training runs, this meeker long sleeve is perfect!
These have been solid for the rare FL mornings coming in below 40 degrees (We're a bit wimpy down here). Like other have stated, adding the side pockets to mimic the compression shorts would be a nice touch.
I am a solid XS in all shorts / leggings (5.1 /105), based on the reviews I ordered both, size xs and small and kept the small. The color is pretty. Unfortunately the bottle was bouncing in the back pocket and regret that I kept the shorts. I do love flipbelt but this one is not for me.
These shorts are amazing! They are extremely sexy and hug your front and back in a very exciting way. You feel like you are constantly caressed. I use them at the gym and guys often check me out before asking where I bought them (I have made some friends thanks to them). The only caveat is that they tend to cause a physical reaction that you can't hide, as these shorts are skin-tight and mesh.
Oh my gosh! No more other brands ever!! The best shorts, storage and stay put I’ve worn. No chafing, rubbing or twisting! Love love this brand!!!!
I have purchased several products from Flitbelt, including a belt, shorts, water bottles, and most recently, the Men's Alpine Ultra Thermal Compression Tights. I have three observations to share about these tights: first, the material is excellent; second, the pockets are very practical; however, the fit in the crotch area is too low. I've had to pull them up above my lower belly to achieve a proper fit, and even then, they still tend to slip down.
I'm normally pretty solidly a US size 6 with a 29" waist. I'm 5'4" and 132 lbs. According to the size chart, I needed a medium. The medium fit pretty well except for in the waist -- it was much too tight and looked like a busted can of biscuits. If you naturally have a narrow waist and long torso, they will probably be perfect. I exchanged for a large which fit okay-ish. The waist is slightly too big and so is the butt area. Legs openings feel fine in this size. Hoping when I have the waist pockets full, the little extra room there won't matter. Good enough.
